2) Acceptance Of Terms:
By hiring Nexa (Digital Services Agency) or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
3) Services & Scope Of Work:
We provide services as described in the specific proposal, invoice, or contract agreed upon by both parties.
● Web Development: Custom websites, e-commerce solutions, and maintenance.
● Graphic Design: Branding, UI/UX, and visual assets.
● Digital Marketing: SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and ad campaigns.
● Video Editing: Social media content, ads, and UGC.
● AI Automation: Chatbots, AI agents, workflow automation, and lead generation tools.
Note: Any additions to the scope of work after the initial agreement may incur additional charges.
4) Payments & Invoicing:

● AI & Third-Party Tools: For AI and automation services, specific underlying codes or third-party platforms used may remain the property of their respective owners.
7) Revisions Policy:
● We provide 2 rounds of revisions for each project phase (example: design, video draft).
● Revisions are limited to the agreed-upon scope. New requirements or major design changes after approval will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
8) Limitation Of Liability:
● Results: While we implement industry-best strategies for digital marketing and SEO, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, viral success, or exact ROI figures, as these depend on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and market conditions.
● Damages: Nexa (Digital Services Agency) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services.
9) Termination:
● Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
● If the client terminates the project midway, they are liable to pay for all work completed up to that date. The initial deposit is nonrefundable.
10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
